Summer Ready...

Dress: Asos | Sandals: Urban Outfitters
Bag: Rebecca Minkoff | Sunglasses: Valentino |
Watch: Kate Spade | Ring: Nordstrom

Happy Saturday Everyone!
I wanted to post some great weekend outfit inspiration! Off the shoulder dresses and tops are super popular right now and this one from ASOS is one of my favorites. I ordered a size larger than I normally would because I knew this was a form fitting dress and I didn't want it to be too tight on me, which either way it still totally hugs my body. The rosey pattern is so feminine and the ruffle along the top just makes it over the top cute. I paired it with these sling back peep-toe sandals from Urban Outfitters for a more relaxed look, maybe for an outdoor bar or roaming around a museum? I've linked some more great options from ASOS down below!
Hope everyone has a great rest of their weekend! xx

Rosey and Flowy...

Dress: Revolve | Shoes: Nordstrom
Bag: Louis Vuitton | Sunglasses: Valentino

I could not resist this dress with the beautiful rose print on it, perfect and flowy for a hot summer day... and lemme tell ya, we were having a heat index of 106 the day we were out taking these pictures! It was definitely hard to keep such a happy face.
This dress is really easy to dress up or down, it could be for a wedding pairing it with heels or it could be for a picnic in the park pairing it with sandals. I ordered a size 4 my normal jean and dress size, it was the slightest bit big in the waist on me but not enough to order the smaller size.
I have linked some more adorable dresses from Revolve down below! They have an insane amount of merchandise on their website, I could spend hours scrolling through all of it.
Hope everyone has a great Tuesday! xx

Off The Shoulder...

Top: Nordstrom | Jeans: JBrand | Shoes: Nordstrom |
Sunglasses: Valentino | Bag: Louis Vuitton (similar style here)

Hi all!
Hopefully everyone had a great weekend and got to spend time with their families.
I really love this look, its so clean and summery. In Houston, our summers are just crazy hot (summer officially started today!)... so finding clothes that are light enough to keep you from not melting is a must! This top is perfect for that, its loose enough that it doesn't cling (I'm wearing a size small and its true to size) and the stripes and off the shoulder sleeves are so trendy right now. Of course you can't go wrong pairing this top with white pants and these fab wedges that are great Chloe look-a-likes! They are so similar I can almost not tell them apart, the biggest and best difference is the price, they are significantly less expensive. Don't let me forget to mention how comfortable these wedges are! They already sold out at Nordstrom and have been restocked, so grab your pair before they are gone again.
Finally we have had some beautiful days, sadly they are only tolerable if you are in a swimming pool, which is what I have been up to lately! Here's a pic of my pup after she had been swimming for hours. We taught her to dry herself off if we lay down towels on the floor! It's so amazing!

More fun posts coming! Hope everyone has a great week. xx

Fluttering Sleeves...

Top: Anthropologie | Jeans: Joe's Jeans | Heels: Vince Camuto
Sunglasses: Valentino | Bag: Louis Vuitton (similar style here) |

Yesterday Hamilton and I went out on a much needed date! It was so nice spending some time together. We went to this great ramen joint in midtown called Jinya Ramen, the food was delicious! I want the whole family to come next time.

So, Anthropologie has always been one of my favorite stores, along with Free People and Urban Outfitters. I've definitely gone through my phases of being completely obsessed with shopping at each store. I think I purchased ten dresses from Free People within like 3 months! It was wild and thankfully I've grown out of that expensive habit, sadly I moved onto Nordstrom which is even worse!
Okay back to the point, Anthropologie has such a great selection of well really everything, but I really wanna talk about their tops, blouses, tees, buttondowns etc.. They have such a great selection for spring and summer, so many great cuts and fun patterns! Everything is so trendy but classic and you just cant go wrong. The top I'm wearing also comes in bright orange which would be really cute with a medium wash jean and the same heels.
I've linked some of my favorites tops down below, check it out! xx

Diamond cutouts...

Dress: Laundry by Shelli Segal (similar style here) | Sandals: Steve Madden
Sunglasses: Valentino | Bag: Rebecca Minkoff

Happy FriYAY! It's the weekend yet again!
Life has been happening lately, which is my excuse for scarce posts.
I love this outfit for a summer weekend. The dress has such great details, the cutouts really upgrade a simple button-down shirt dress and who doesn't love a drop waist? Well perhaps some people don't love it (lol) but when you are like me and have a large caboose I find it slimming to the hips!  I decided to pair the dress with bright red sandals that make a statement, I would love to have a red lip with this but considering I'm still stuck with my braces I tend to shy away from bright colors for now. This outfit would be great for fourth of July coming up!

My partner in crime who usually takes my photos has a new schedule with work and we are still adjusting and figuring out when we can take pictures, oh and besides the crazy amounts of rain we have been having here in Houston! I have some great new additions to my wardrobe and I'm excited to share with everyone. Hope y'all have a great weekend! xx
